It used to be taboo, but it seems more often women are talking with each other about Brazilian or bikini hair removal. In the early years of my hair removal service a friend came to me for her Brazilian hair removal. Lucky for me, she loved it and wasn’t afraid to tell anyone. This amazing word-of-mouth advertising and honest dialogue about the benefits of Brazilian hair removal has rapidly spread and now the majority of my services are Brazilians.
I have gained routine experience in Brazilian hair removal (and all others) – which has provided a great deal of comfort to my clients. They know that when they refer someone to me that I will take the time to make them feel comfortable in addition to professionally removing unwanted hair.
I am asked over and over how I got started and why I chose hair removal. I really wanted to be an expert in skin! I loved the idea of taking problematic skin and turning into beautiful healthy skin. It did not even occur to me that removing the hair would be the greatest way to do this until I discovered the amazing benefits of healthy hair removal by sugaring. Ironically it became my obsession, passion, and driving talent. I always say, “it is crazy – being an expert at hair removal turns out to be so rewarding!”. Almost daily I have a client or friend explain their struggles with unwanted hair and how it has interfered with their life on various levels.
I think one of the reasons hair removal in the bikini area has been labeled as taboo is because people associate it with some “sexual reason”. However, a Brazilian hair removal service has so many more benefits which are hygiene related – I wanted to give it some credit!
The Pro of a Brazilian hair removal:
Well, if this applies to the area of an armpit, imagine what it must do to the bikini area!
Women, especially, go through so many hormonal changes throughout life that our bikini area is very sensitive. That area needs to “breathe”, “stay dry”, be clear from itching or odor.
Removing hair can remove one more element which could effect the good hygiene we need to practice. It’s my opinion that it is just good hygiene to remove the hair!
I once talked to an obstetrician about this very thing and he agreed and commented that his job would be so much easier if more women removed the hair. (This made sense to me, I mean all sorts of things can hide and lurk in the grass if you let it get too tall and never mow!)
There are so many more pros to Brazilian hair removal – and as your professionally trained hair removal specialist, I can ensure your comfort and privacy!
